The product is a handmade ceramic work, only normal way of cleaning is required for it.
You may use mild rice water to soak it before using a new piece of ceramic work.
As ceramics are fragile, please avoid dropping or crushing the work.
The product might come with some natural glaze cracks, it is part of the designs, which will only impact the function.
As all of our ceramic works are hand by hand, so every piece might be slightly different.
We will arrange delivery in 3-5 working days. Please make sure the product is not broken before you sign for the package.
For all handmade products, we don't accept return & refund after the package was received.
