Wandering around the city, feeling lost within the immense richness and colours, … keep on walking, just keep on walking.
The Cityscape series first started in 2018 during a residency in Lima, and since then I also visited Kyoto, Hong Kong, London and Istanbul. It is about the time I spent in the place; it is about the people I have met. It is a visual journal.

Born In Hong Kong, based in London, Tong gained her first degree in Actuarial Science from the London School of Economics. Started learning flower design as a hobby in 2002, she has quickly fallen in love with this art form, an installation art with botanical as well as time as materials. She made her début to world level competition in 2006 at the Japan Flower Design Awards and won the Sachio Yoshioka Award, since then she has decided to take a more creative and enjoyable path. Tong graduated with a degree in fine art at Chelsea College of Art, London in 2011.
