A bowl of rice charges our battery. One bite of soup heals our mind.

Apart from filling the stomach, food has the power to soothe the soul. Artist YU Tsz Ying may not be skilled in cooking, but she deeply loves food. In 1,095 meals a year, she seeks healing and treats food as the gifts of life with a grateful heart.

This exhibition intertwines food, ceramics, and jewellery, presenting a unique interpretation of culinary values.
